In addition, we’ll announce the winners of the 1st Annual NMAF Awards Program. From a pool of 25 entries, our esteemed judges selected three winners that best honor New Mexico’s architecture and community in the following categories:
- Important historic buildings
- Newer buildings or sites completed within the last 50 years
- Devoted individuals or groups

After the meeting, enjoy a tour of the site that was once the Sundowner Motel. It is now a 71-unit mixed use housing development.
