The nearly 60,000 square-foot complex provides a broad range of community services to the developing West Central and South Valley areas. Service areas include five health clinics, a branch library, a divisible multi-purpose room, classrooms, a recreation center with full-sized gymnasium and fitness center, and a freestanding child development center. The design organizes the various program areas along a curved sky-lit indoor mall that integrates the various components while maximizing flexibility.
